Tai Chi & Qigong Workshop at Epping (July 2024)

ausWushu continues offering all practitioners an opportunity to further develop their skills and learn or improve the new and traditional standardised routines and prepare for future competitions and exams.

The next workshop is scheduled on:

Saturday 20 July
1.00 pm – 4.00 pm

and will include 
Tai Chi and Qigong practice:
1.00 pm – 2.00 pm – Qigong Stick & other Qigong routines
2.00 pm – 3.00 pm – 28 Yang Traditional Tai Chi Sword
3.00 pm – 4.00 pm – Yang Traditional Tai Chi
