Shi Heng Yi is the headmaster of Shaolin Temple Europe. In this function he is responsible for the physical and mental development of all students and disciples of the Buddhist Order in Otterberg. In his 36-year career in the field of Chinese martial arts, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge incorporating the cultivation and training methods existing in the field of Kung Fu and the internal arts.
His first book, “Shaolin Spirit – Master Your Life” teaches the basics of these ancient practices in an understandable, practical and tangible way.
Despite his increasing presence on social media, Shi Heng Yi lives in the remote valley of the Shaolin Temple Europe with a desire to bring benefit and applicable wisdom to the world.
