Tai Chi Forms Workshop with Damon Bramich 2022

It will be a fun afternoon with group participation in various Tai Chi Forms with a focus on the first section of the Yang Family Tai Chi Form for beginners and the 4th section for intermediate and advanced students. We will share an afternoon tea, so please bring a plate and enjoy!

When: Saturday 21 May 2022, 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm

Where: The Pioneer Hall, 54 Cowper St Wallsend, NSW

Chief Instructor: Damon Bramich, Disciple of 4th and 5th generation Yang Family, Former Tai Chi World Champion.
