Tai Chi & Qigong Workshop at Hornsby (July 2025)

ausWushu continues offering all practitioners an opportunity to further develop their skills and learn or improve the new and traditional standardised routines and prepare for future competitions and exams.

The next workshop is scheduled on:

Saturday 19 July
2.30 pm – 5.30 pm

and will include 
the following modules:

2.30 pm – 3.30 pm Tai Chi (BaFaWuBu), Tai Chi/Qigong Stick & Qigong routines
3.30 pm – 4.30 pm Tai Chi Fan / Sword – Introduction
4.30 pm – 5.30 pm Sitting Qigong-Daoyin
(subject to change)
The cost of one module is $25.00.

The workshops will be conducted at the Hornsby War Memorial Hall
(next to Hornsby RSL)
