Abstract
Tai Chi is a part of Wushu[Kung Fu]. As a means of keeping fit and preventing and curing diseases, it has been widely practiced among Chinese people and millions of people around the world since the 1st century. Learning about Tai Chi and continuously practicing it gives many benefits. Tai Chi is often described as ‘meditation in Motion’ but it might well be called ‘medication in motion.’ There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. And you can start even if you are not in top shape or the best of health. Tai Chi has a Universal power that provides happiness.
