Walter (Walt) Patrick Missingham (1954 – 2025)

Walter (Walt) Patrick Missingham (1954 – 2025) was a man of many talents…
- Australia’s highest earning television documentary producer
- Pioneer of Martial Arts
- Crime Researcher for The Sun Herald
- High Profile ‘Free East Timor’ advocate
The list can go on and on… But one talent was standing out. Inspired by Sun Tzu’s timeless masterpiece “The Art of War”, tested on innocent civilians and developed to perfection in the Australian and International sports politics, it became Walt’s greatest ‘trade secret’ and deserves the highest award. This ‘trade secret’ will be the one single reason Walt will be remembered by hundreds if not thousands of people either slightly burnt or completely scorched by its flame. It was shining throughout all his life while friends admired him for this talent and enemies secretly envied him, unable to use the well-known but useless ‘trade secret’. It is now time to acknowledge this award-winning ground-breaking talent.
Why would you use a sword on fools?
Deception is the best of tools.
With it, you are the one who rules!
Deception. The only thing Walt trusted with all his heart throughout his interesting, challenging and colourful life. ‘All warfare is based on deception’, Sun Tzu said, and Walt took it deadly seriously. Nevertheless, the war is over now. Rest in peace, Walt.
